A little cold but tasty

I liked that they had activities planned for the children, like a dance party (although I was not able to attend).

The location was not to far from the event we were going too. It was also near local shopping areas.

This is my first experience at a theme hotel and it was delightful! Concept art, themed room decor, and character breakfasts made it extra fun. The kids loved it, and it was great value!

Kid friendly

Love the convenience of the location, the amenities, and the over all design. Staff was very welcoming and kind. Loved all the activities that were throughout each day. Definitely helped keep kids entertained!!

They let us check in early and the staff was so friendly with the kids. And wasn’t over priced like a lot of places that offer things for kids.

The CNH is located in a great area. With lots of shopping options and restaurants which was a bonus of course. The hotel itself had activities for kids through out the day including meet and greets with some of the cartoon characters everyday. The pools were great, my little ones loved the splash pad and the small arcade. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great time and I would definitely stay again.

Great for kids

It had activities for the kids keeping them busy which was great and it was in a great location with lots of stores around the hotel with Dutch wonderland next door

We stayed on New Year’s Eve 2025 into 2026. It was the last night as Cartoon Network Hotel. We wanted to go one last time for our older kids and introduce our younger kids. They accommodated our requests for adjoining rooms and at least one be adventure time themed. We will miss the branding and all that made it Cartoon Network. It was nice to learn that most of the staff will stay on after the rebranding and we look forward to staying again. The hotel manager was particularly kind when I asked about the upcoming changes when I checked out. When I checked in, I also overheard his interaction with a guest who was having an issue with her name with an Expedia reservation. And I have to say he handled the situation professionally and with kindness. All of the staff made the New Year’s party a lot of fun for the kiddos. Thank you to all the staff!

I liked that the coworkers were very respectful of all aged kids. I liked the party they did for the kids and all the last moments of fun for the building.

This hotel is perfect for families with young children. It met and exceeded my first grader’s expectations.

The theme and the scheduling of events

Everything about it was a bucket list item for my son he loved the entire stay, the food, activities and the decor were perfect. I wish it were open longer or we knew about it sooner, we would have revisited for sure. The gift shop was 50% off so my kid got everything he wanted. They had tons of prizes for scavenger hunts, bingo and trivia. The staff were all so knowledgeable and patient with the kids and even though the place was coming to end they still had all the scheduled activities.
